Sourcing - Prospect Search and Screening

▪	Familiarizes with client’s recruiting processes
▪	Gain comprehensive understanding of technical and non-technical criteria for hiring candidates

	- Aligning RPO professionals with client’s end based recruiters - Establishing a communication process so as to record and track requirements and current resume status
